EternoGram™ provides your digital memories on textured thick and sturdy cardstock paper (324gsm/120lb Mohawk Vellum Cover).
Your printed photos will have an amazing matte look and the feel of offset. We use the state-of-the-art HP INDIGO 5600 Digital Presses which uses high quality ink rather than toner found in regular printers.
We also offer prints on glossy thick cardstock paper (350gsm/130lb Gloss Cover).
Order some circular self-adhesive magnets or hook & loop circles (Velcro) or cardboard "stands" and affix to each EternoGram™ print to showcase your best moments on your fridge, walls, any shelf, mantle, dresser or window ledge.
When will I receive my order?
You'll love this part! Your orders will always be a RUSH ORDER for us and will be dispatched and shipped usually within 1 to 2 business days (a little longer around Holidays throughout the year due to increased demand during those periods).
The shipping time depends on the destination. Average standard times are as follows: within the 50 US states - 1 to 3 business days, outside the 50 US states - 7+ business days.
Why do I need to connect my Facebook® and/or Instagram® accounts?
It will be quicker to select your Instagram® and/or Facebook® photos straight from your accounts rather than having to Save them to your computer and then upload them to our website.
Once you upload your photos directly from your social accounts and process the printing request(s), the connection between our website and your accounts is complete and no longer active. Rest assured that we DO NOT get access to your accounts during the printing process nor after the order(s) are placed.
I am not using Instagram® and/or Facebook®, can I have my photos printed?
Of course! You can easily upload photos from your computer, Google Drive®, Microsoft's One Drive®, Picasa®, Flickr®, Amazon Cloud Drive® and more.
How much does shipping cost?
We are extremely pleased to offer FREE shipping on orders over $50 to destinations within the 50 US states ($3 for international orders). We use USPS for all of our Orders. Please note that once we have dispatched your Order you will receive a notification email with Tracking # immediately though the delivery time is out of our control. However, if you experience any problems, we’ll do our best to fix it – just get in touch with us!
